Castellví de Rosanes

Municipality on the border of the wine-producing region of Alt Penedès, which it belongs to thanks to its production of wines and cavas. Its main point of interest is its natural surroundings, including a large forest area protected by a state Special Plan of Natural Interest.

A series of buildings stand out, such as the old 15th century convent, the Mare de Déu dels Àngels Hermitage, the ruins of the Sant Jaume castle, the Ca n’Abat Masía and La Cadireta, a splendid belvedere atop the Matamoros mountain. The world of cava is represented by the R. Canals Canals cellar (with its own museum) and the Ollé & Amat cellar.
