Over 1:30 hours, discover our history, our production process and the uniqueness of our chocolates in a practical workshop where you will learn to taste "bean to bar" chocolate, made from the cocoa bean.

PROGRAM:
Blanxart, since 1954: We begin by getting to know Blanxart and its history from a chocolate factory to a chocolate factory.
Cocoa route: We enter the cocoa plantations (from where we obtain the raw material) – through a documentary that we have prepared.
Process: We enter our workshop to learn first-hand about the production process, and we will taste cocoa from different phases of the process.
Sensory workshop: We will learn why origin chocolates are different from each other and the key tips for tasting them. We will put it into practice by doing a guided tasting of 3 varieties of Blanxart chocolate. In the end we will jointly discover the differences between each one and what chocolates and recipes they are will be revealed.

Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with single origin cocoa, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes.
Following the Bean to bar production, Blanxart carries out the entire process, from the selection of the cocoa in small plantations and its artisan roasting over low heat in our facilities.
