In our house, in Esparreguera, the family of Mr. Guillem Moya has been dedicated to the world of spirits and wines since the end of the 19th century. These are decades of experience lived at home and in the country's liquor factories, where he has been acquiring the knowledge that has led him today to make our ratafias, recognized everywhere and appreciated by lovers of this liquor and the products of the earth.
Ratafies de l'Avi Guillem makes three types of ratafia based on the oldest recipes in the Pla de Montserrat area, with more than twenty different aromatic herbs, green walnuts from the Palau d'Anglesola and aged in oak barrels. Exquisite ratafies that will not leave anyone indifferent.
Ratafia is made from the maceration of green walnuts from the Palau d'Anglesola and more than 20 different aromatic herbs, aged in oak barrels, and following the purest methods of the liqueur tradition.
Ratafia can be taken alone or with ice, ideal for the table, accompanied by dried fruit or sweets. It is suitable for the most diverse combinations; with lemonade is excellent. It is also used in countless cooking recipes.
You will find us at the El Rebost del Montserratí in Esparreguera, Carrer Cami Ral ,14 in Esparreguera. Open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, Saturdays only morning.
