Els Fadrins de Sant Boi

The Fadrins de Sant Boi are sweet little pastries created in 1965 and made by various bakeries in the municipality especially for the Purissima Fair. Individually sized, they have apple as their main ingredient and are distinguished by the red cherry that crowns them. Over the years, they have become the most representative sweet of Sant Boi de Llobregat.

A specialty that can only be enjoyed for a few days a year: from December 6 to 8, coinciding with the Purissima Fair.
